Here's a photo that my friend Lee just sent me. He and I went down to Florida to attend the HEART Institute in January of 2001. We were in training on how to raise goats, plant gardens, and maintain a sustainable food source for primitive situations. We learned how to raise a healthy garden, how to dig wells, how to create and build healthy latrines, and how to do basic first aid and medical assessments. We learned the basics of how to farm and survive in a healthy way that we could teach to others around us in a primitive environment.
