Merry Christmas everyone! Here's a photo we took last night. We have a tradition where we light the candles in the log above our heads each night in anticipation of the celebration of Christ's birth. Erin grew up celebrating Advent in her family in this same way. Her father David made our Advent log for us to pass on the tradition. We think it's an amazing way to build cohesiveness and common memories within our family, as well as anticipate the celebration of the birth of the Savior of the world, Jesus of Nazareth.
